Mr. Vyankatesh H. Bendre, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a postgraduate degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He brings over 36+ years of extensive experience in turnkey engineering and MEP projects across India and Afro-Asian countries. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with leading industrial conglomerates such as Bajaj Auto and Mazagon Dock Limited, among others.

He is the Founder Director of the Canter Group, established in 2004, and has been instrumental in driving its growth and establishing a strong presence in the engineering sector.

Mr. Bendre has also built enduring strategic partnerships with globally recognized organizations, including Godrej & Boyce, A.O. Smith, Daikin, Carrier-Toshiba, and UEM Group Malaysia. He is an active member of esteemed professional bodies such as ISHRAE and the Indian Plumbing Association.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Bendre is an accomplished endurance athlete and TMA legend, having completed over 100 marathons covering more than 60,000 kilometres till date.

With 21+ years of experience, Mr. Amit Narwade leads Design & Engineering at Canter Engineers Ltd., bringing deep expertise in MEP Design, Execution, Coordination and Operations across sectors like industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure.

A specialist in Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems, he ensures quality project delivery from concept to completion. He previously served as Deputy General Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd., handling major projects like airports, metros, IT parks and hospitals.

Academically, he holds a B.Tech and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a PGDM from Welingkar Institute, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai.

A member of IPA and FSAI, his leadership, technical acumen, and dedication to excellence continue to elevate Canter’s engineering success.

With over 22 years of experience, Mr. Eknath Arun Tajane brings deep expertise in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit and MIS. As Finance Controller, he ensures financial health, compliance, and process optimization at Canter Engineers Ltd.

He also heads HR & Administration, managing policies, compliance, and workforce development. His strengths include global budgeting, cross-border operations, internal controls, and risk management, aligning financial strategy with business goals.

An MBA in Finance, Mr. Tajane also oversees cash flow, treasury, audit coordination, and statutory compliance, supporting stable and efficient operations.

Known for his strategic mindset, analytical skills, and leadership, he has driven financial growth and strengthened corporate governance at Canter Engineers through his dedication, precision, and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Ashok Mishra is a veteran engineering leader with over 35 years of rich, cross-sectoral experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, with a sharp focus on value engineering and data-led project optimization. His career reflects a unique ability to decode complexity, align engineering outcomes with business value, and translate design intent into measurable efficiencies.

A practitioner of engineering intelligence, Mr. Mishra leverages analytics and historical project data to drive smarter estimation, cost modeling, and performance-driven decisions. His approach to value engineering goes far beyond conventional cost-cutting—focusing on delivering functional value while preserving design integrity, safety, and longevity.

With over 15 years of extensive experience, Mr. Shramik Turate is a dynamic and results-oriented Mechanical Engineer specializing in the execution and management of complex MEP projects. As Head – Operations at Canter Engineers Ltd., he has successfully led the delivery of 100+ multidisciplinary projects across residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, he brings strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution. He is proficient in tools like Microsoft Project (MSP) and Primavera, which he uses to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Mr. Turate has deep knowledge of MEP systems—including Firefighting, Plumbing, Utilities, and Gas Suppression. He has consistently led cross-functional teams through all phases of project development, from technical reviews and resource planning to billing, recovery, and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Known for his strategic mindset and leadership acumen, he thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. His proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement make him a key contributor to Canter Engineers’ success and long-term growth.
